The Museum schedules self-guided school tours Monday-Friday. Volunteers greet groups as they enter the Museum, give a brief interpretive talk about the Museum’s largest exhibit, Constitution Wall, and orient groups to the Museum’s layout and rules. While in the galleries, volunteers assist groups with activity sheets and hands-on activities, monitor behavior, and interact with diverse audiences. Volunteers are vital members of the Time of Remembrance and 31st Star educational programs.
There are also occasional weekend family programs and other events for Museum volunteers to assist with.
