Natasha Fooman is Vice President of Government Affairs for Advance America and President of the California Consumer Finance Association with more than 18 years of experience in local and state politics
Prior to her career at Advance America, she was an advocate for the League of California Cities where she was dedicated to community engagement and educating others on issues relating to transportation /infrastructure funding, public safety and telecommunications.
In 2003 and 2013, she was named “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and serves on the organization’s Education and Advocacy Committee.
Fooman earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and received her Law Degree from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. She currently resides in Marin County with husband Robert, son Jake and daughter Juliet.
