Events must be cultural, recreational, corporate and/or educational in nature. Political fundraisers are not permitted.

Security:
Security is mandatory for after hour events, and the number of guards required is 1 (one) for 50 (fifty) guests.
Set-up & Breakdown:
Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs and A/V included in rental fees.
Food & beverages:
The Museum can provide on-site catering or a list of preferred caterers for your event, or you may bring in your own catering. Alcoholic beverages can be served, contingent upon obtaining the proper permit from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Parking:
Free parking is available weekdays after 5:30pm and weekends all day in a surface street lot across from the Museum.
Event Promotions:
No implications can be made through written material or media relations that the the Museum is sponsoring an outside party's event or has endorsed the organization holding the event. Please review the communications policies included
