There are many ways to support the Museum. Although cash gifts are always appreciated, there are a variety of creative and flexible options to give.

Founders Circle

Launched in 2006 with a lead gift from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, the Founders Circle is the Museum’s major donor program (unrestricted gifts of $25,000 or more).  Among other benefits, Founders Circle members are invited to attend the prestigious California Hall of Fame induction ceremony, as well as other special, exclusive events throughout the year. These donors are recognized on our lobby donor wall, on our web site, in our newsletters and in other Museum program materials.

The California Museum launches several new exhibits, large and small, each year. Exhibit sponsorship is a creative and cost-effective answer to specific corporate marketing and philanthropic objectives.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations also support the Museum. When businesses and individuals provide goods and services at little or no cost, we can direct our financial resources toward essential projects that fulfill our mission.
