Día De Los Muertos 2020

“Día de Los Muertos 2020″ is an online exhibit featuring original works by California artists Francisco Franco, John S. Huerta, Oscar Magallanes, David Lozeau and Rob-O of I Love Sugar Skulls.

A journey through love, life and death, this virtual presentation explores the Mexican cultural tradition of honoring deceased loved ones each year on November 1 and 2 by displaying calaveras de azúcar (sugar skulls) and other offerings on altares de muertos (altars of the dead), which has evolved from the Aztecs to modern-day Mexico and California.
