Secrets of CA’s Farm-to-Fork Movement

Get the secrets of California’s farm-to-fork movement at this special event featuring a panel discussion with leaders in related industries moderated by Museum Trustee Kitty O’Neal on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at The California Museum! 

Panelists will discuss pros and cons of the movement and include: Darrell Corti, President of Corti Brothers; Shawn Harrison, Founder of Soil Born Farms; Craig McNamara, President of Sierra Orchards & Founder of Center For Land Based Learning; and Kurt Spataro, Executive Chef of Paragary’s Restaurant Group

Following the panel discussion, a farm-to-fork fair in the Museum’s courtyard featuring local vendors will provide small bites, beverage samples & hands-on demonstrations from vendors including:
