The California Museum supports community and non-profit organizations in the Sacramento area by providing donations of guest passes or reduced facility rental fees as follows:
A) 1 (one) guest pass valid for free admission for up to 4 adults valued at $36.00 limited to 1 per community or non-profit organization located within and serving constituents within a 15-mile radius of 95814 and a maximum of 20 per quarter or 80 per calendar year;
B) Discounted facility rental fees to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations located in the greater Sacramento community for rental events on the Museum’s premises
Discounted facility rental fees are limited to events held by nonprofit organizations aligning with the Museum’s mission statement as follows:
A self-supporting 501(c)3 non-profit, the California Museum — home of the California Hall of Fame — engages, educates and enlightens people about California’s rich history and unique contributions to the world through ideas, innovation, the arts and culture. Through interactive and innovative experiences, the Museum inspires visitors to make their own mark on history.
All requests must be submitted online using the form below. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and receipt of guest pass certificate. For reduced facility rental fees, please allow 1-2 business days for a staff member to contact you.
A confirmation of your donation request will be emailed to the address provided confirming your application was received. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or bulk folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
*Requests that do not meet criteria by being outside of 15-mile radius or are made more than once a year are automatically disqualified and may not receive a response.
