Request an event estimate

Please complete the application below receive an estimate on having your next special event at the Museum.

Submission of an estimate request does not guarantee availability. A signed contract, 50% deposit and proof of liability insurance are required to reserve a date. Deposits may be made by check, cash or credit card.

Facility Set-Up

Please select all areas of the Museum you wish to use at your event.

Please select all additional areas you would like to include in your event.

Please indicate any audio or visual needs, including sound, microphone, monitor, etc.

Please indicate catering services to be included at your event.

Please indicate any outside vendors included your event.

Please list your insurance provider and policy number.

Please note a 50% deposit and signed contract are required to book a date. Payment in full is required 5 business days prior to your event.
