By submitting a membership application, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

  • California Hall of Fame, ticketed and fundraising events are not included in benefits.
  • Memberships are a tax-deductible charitable contribution and not refundable.
  • Memberships are not transferable, and only members listed on your application are entitled to receive benefits.
  • Please be prepared to show your member card and a valid ID at time of admission.
  • Replacement cards are available for $5.00 each. Please call (916) 653-1771 Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to request a replacement card.
  • You agree to receive emails from the Museum notifying you of member events and acknowledge your information will not be shared with other organizations.
